Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Shipping
All orders are are processed on the next roast date and shipped via USPS every Thursday. These carriers also observe most national holidays, so that may affect shipping times.
If you order online, we’ll send you a notification when your order has shipped. If it’s been 48 hours and you still haven’t heard from us, please let us know.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery every Thursday evening in the following areas. If you indicate your order is for local delivery, we’ll send you a confirmation for the date and time of the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us
We are happy to replace any items damaged in transit. Please submit a photo of the damage. If the box was also damaged, please include a photo of that as well. Please include your order number and reason in the email. We are happy to help you with any issues!
About Our Coffee
Do you add flavoring to your coffee?
We don’t add any flavorings to our coffee. We use tasting notes on our packaging and on our website as a way for us to describe nuances in each coffee, noticing things like brightness, sweetness and body.
What are flavor notes?
Much like wine or beer, coffee can have many different inherent flavors based on where or when it’s grown, how it’s processed, how it’s roasted, the kind of variety, and even how it’s brewed.
Is your coffee nut-allergen free?
Yes! No nuts are involved in the roasting of our coffee, nut flavor notes are natural characteristics inherent to the coffees.
How do I store coffee?
The best way to store coffee is in an airtight container in a cool, dark place such as a kitchen cabinet. We suggest that you avoid storing coffee in a fridge or freezer.
